The Fairy Council has been convened due to the concern over the erratic behaviour shown by Brat Fairy, ie she now refuses to brat.
Naughty Fairy has explained that Brat Fairy was suffering from exhaustion due to the fact that Domly Dom is getting more and more Brat-aware and thus it is getting more and more difficult for her to successfully brat him.
Queen Fairy has thus decreed that Brat Fairy should get further advanced training in Brattism and will be replaced in the meantime by Naughty Fairy while such training is taking place.
